France hosts an unforgettable corporate event.
When intense days of meetings converge with moments of cultural evasion and a stellar closing around a meticulously designed table, this is the result.
Because perfect balance leads to success.
Titila has surrendered to the charms of the city of Toulouse, also known as the ‘pink city’ for its light and a certain beauty that meets the requirements of a demanding business group whose aim was to achieve moments of work and gathering that were as demanding as they were unforgettable.
The requirements needed to match the rigour of the timing, set up and audiovisual demands of the meeting with a very special cultural visit of great significance for the group, in the framework of an extraordinary, recently restored museum.
The Fondation Bemberg Toulouse, housed in the Hôtel d’Assézat, a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture, houses an eclectic collection of works of art ranging from the artists of the Venetian school to the Impressionists, including works by Bonnard and Picasso.
Screens, microphones, stage, sound checks, online connections and transmissions, accreditations, coffee breaks, personalized attention to attendees and equipment available on demand had to be spun without margin for error for the most corporate part of the event.
On the other side of the scale, we gave free rein to the imagination in order to create an idyllic atmosphere in keeping with the venue: The Capitole, or seat of the city’s Town Hall.
It was in this incomparable setting that a magical dinner was organised, where the resources used matched the splendour of the surroundings. Endless imperial tables dressed with custom-made tablecloths, adorned with volumes of colourful flowers on which the shadow of the flames of natural candles danced, extraordinarily setting the faint and sophisticated rhythm of the evening. 140 people, enjoying together and in unison this relaxed moment enlivened by a live auction, ambient music and a sumptuous dance honouring the violin.
The days ended with a fun team building walk through the hangars of Aeroscopia, the aeronautical showcase brand, closing with a nod to Toulouse’s most important industrial sector.
