Wedding Destination in Sevilla.
Bianca and Steven came all the way from Germany with the clear idea of experiencing what we so often call “wedding destination”. Planning the most important day of your life far away from your day to day has a touch of adrenaline and reverie and a dash of resounding doubt. Will everything go as I hope and wish?
They were looking for a way to offer disconnection for their guests and as they attest, they found it.
This three-day reception that culminated in their wedding brought about very different moments of encounter, giving each of them the importance they deserved.
Contrary to what we might understand as usual, the bride and groom chose a relaxed pool party to precede their big day and thus relax everyones nerves. It was clear to them, it had to be different to other occasions they had been invited to. There was no lack of floral arrangements for which the bride chose a cheerful and fluid chromatic palette, in shades of orange and pink, which was present in all the different spaces.
The relaxed yet carefully planned pre-wedding reception featured fun games and activities, music, barbecue and cocktails that were enjoyed by the guests well into the night.
The setting chosen for this reception had the perfect capacity for the number of attendees as well as the magical aroma and colour of a Sevillian garden in springtime. There was no shortage of dips in the pool or tastings of homemade ice cream, both key to beat the heat.
Their wedding was undoubtedly a turning point in these days of celebration. The serious moment of the commitment was finally reached and we were lucky to be there for them during an intimate and classical Jewish rite ceremony. All the traditional elements enriched the different moments and the requested timing was fulfilled with rigorous commitment. The beauty of the complicity between the bride and groom was palpable throughout the ceremony. Flowers and white elements all along the itinerary of the event, signalled the purity of their commitment.
There was no lack of live music and traditional speeches where also very much the protagonists as was the open bar at the end of their dinner .
As an anchor to their destination city, a flamenco and horse show delighted many during the aperitif.
